- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They're absolutely awful. The deputies don't protect kids from abusive fathers. They falsely arrest innocent civilians. (Personally I think they only do it for the profit.) They never get all the facts of a situation or get statements from all the witnesses - or they don't include the statements that'll hurt their case against someone. They let abusive men continue to threaten the lives of children and they don't arrest husbands that beat their wives bloody - even with obvious proof/evidence. I don't feel safe in Teller County.
